Project overview
LoftPlan is a long-term client relationship that began in 2018 when the client first got in touch looking for a more reliable hosting provider and ongoing technical support. After moving to my hosting services, the project evolved into a broader technical partnership focused on stability, performance, search visibility and continuous improvement.
Over the years, my role extended well beyond hosting. I handled regular theme, plugin and WordPress core updates, carried out twice-yearly security and maintenance checks, integrated Google Analytics and Google Search Console, improved the site’s SEO setup and provided practical consultancy to support long-term growth.
Rather than stepping in only when something broke, this became an ongoing support relationship built around prevention, monitoring and steady improvements. That meant keeping the site technically healthy, resolving compatibility issues when they appeared and applying strategic recommendations in a way that supported the business over time.
