Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing your personal information includes:

  • Consent: You have given us specific consent to process your personal information
  • Contract: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you
  • Legal Obligation: Processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations
  • Legitimate Interest: Processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you accept marketing cookies, our website loads the Meta Pixel, which sends Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd information about your visit: the pages you view, your browser and device, your IP address and actions such as submitting a form, booking a call or starting a purchase. Our site does not pass Meta your name, email address or the content of any form.

Meta and third parties may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. We use it to see which ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. Meta is a joint controller with us for this collection; its own use of the data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can opt out of interest-based advertising in your Facebook ad preferences or at youronlinechoices.com.

Advertising on ChatGPT

We also advertise in ChatGPT. If you accept marketing cookies, our website loads the OpenAI Measurement Pixel, which tells OpenAI when a visit that started from one of our ChatGPT ads leads to an enquiry or a booked call. It sends the page address, the ad click reference from the link you followed, and a random identifier for your browser. The pixel can also pick up an email address or phone number you type into a form here and send OpenAI a one-way scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) version of it, never the address or number itself, so the visit can be matched to an ad.

We use this to see which ChatGPT ads bring in enquiries. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawing it also deletes the pixel's cookies. OpenAI's own use of the data is covered by the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and other applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request access to your personal information
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Portability: Request transfer of your personal information
  • Objection: Object to processing of your personal information
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Contact form submissions are typically retained for 3 years for business purposes.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate safeguards.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
