Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using nomad-developer.co.uk and our WordPress development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

Costin Botez provides the following WordPress development services:

  • Custom WordPress theme and plugin development
  • WooCommerce development and optimization
  • Website performance optimization
  • WordPress maintenance and care plans
  • SEO optimization and technical audits
  • Security hardening and monitoring

Project Terms

Project Scope

All projects begin with a detailed scope of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to the project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

  • Custom projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Care plans are billed monthly in advance
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge

Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, content provision, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Provide access to hosting, domain, and third-party services as needed
  • Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain current backups of your website
  • Keep WordPress, themes, and plugins updated (unless covered by care plan)

Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials provided to us. You grant us a license to use these materials for the purpose of completing your project.

Custom Development

Upon full payment, you own the custom code developed specifically for your project. However, we retain rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or methodologies used.

Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We provide a 30-day warranty on custom development work for bug fixes
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting
  • Website performance may vary based on hosting, content, and traffic

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • You will pay for all work completed to date
  • We will provide you with all completed work and source files
  • Care plan services will continue until the end of the current billing period

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
