Who They Are

Oxbotica is an avant-garde autonomous vehicle software company headquartered in Oxford, England. Founded in 2014, the company’s mission revolves around revolutionising the industry by enabling customers to integrate the world’s leading mobile autonomy IP into their own products. Oxbotica’s cutting-edge technology, which is platform-agnostic, offers robust navigation for machines across diverse domains – airports, warehouses, farms, mines, and beyond. Their autonomous control system, Selenium, empowers vehicles to understand their environment, while Caesium, their cloud-based fleet management system, ensures the smooth operation of autonomous vehicle fleets. Led by CEO Graeme Smith, and founders Paul Newman and Ingmar Posner, Oxbotica is pushing boundaries in navigation and autonomy techniques at an unprecedented scale.

What I Did

As a freelance WordPress developer, I was given the challenge to encapsulate Oxbotica’s pioneering spirit and advanced technology within a website. I aimed to reflect the company’s innovative ethos and its complex, technical products in a simple, user-friendly manner.

With the use of WordPress, I transformed their digital vision into reality, crafting a website that is as seamless and intuitive as Oxbotica’s software solutions. My task encompassed designing responsive pages that provide clear insights about their autonomous control system and cloud-based fleet management system. I also ensured the flawless integration of different components, reflecting the platform-agnostic nature of Oxbotica’s technology.

Throughout the development process, I ensured that the website is scalable and robust, much like Oxbotica’s solutions, offering a reliable digital platform that matches the forward-thinking nature of their brand.
